These are the questions I actually get, in the order I get them. If yours is not here, write to me and I will add it.
How much does a website cost?
A single presentation page starts at €475, and multi-page websites usually land between €675 and €1,250. Bilingual projects, or ones with a more complex structure, start at €1,150. Once we have agreed the structure and the content it needs, you get a fixed price before we start.
Do I have to pay before I see anything?
No. I build you a demo first and you see it before any money changes hands — a real version of your site, not a sketch, which you can open on your phone. If it is not right for you, we stop there and you owe nothing. The demo is what is free; the finished site is the paid part.
How long does it take?
Seven to ten days from the moment I have your photos and texts. If you do not have those ready, that is the part that usually adds time, not the building.
Is the website actually mine?
Yes. The domain is in your name, the files are yours, and there is no monthly platform fee. If you ever want to move it or hand it to somebody else, you take everything with you and nothing has to be rebuilt.
Does the site depend on you to keep running?
No, and that is deliberate. The site is plain static files, with nothing in it that needs me: no plugins to update, no subscription to renew, no database to maintain. It keeps working on its own, and any web developer can pick it up and carry on.
Do I have to write the texts myself?
No. Send me what you have, even a few notes or a WhatsApp voice message, and I write the rest and send it to you for approval before anything goes live.
Can I change things later?
Yes. For changes to text, images or structure I tell you the cost before I start. If something goes wrong because of how I built it, I fix it at no cost. What support is included is set out in each project’s quote.
I already have a website and a domain. What happens to them?
You keep the domain — the address people already know stays the same, and I take care of moving it across. The site itself I build new, from scratch. I do not patch an old one: with an existing site you inherit whatever it was built on, and that is usually the reason it is slow or hard to change in the first place.
Do you work outside Bucharest?
Yes, anywhere in Romania. The guesthouse in the portfolio is in Transylvania and was built entirely remotely, without a single meeting. Everything happens over WhatsApp, which is usually faster than meetings anyway.
